The Event Warehouse Co. has been open since April 2015 in the Silver Springs / Ocala area.

 

What makes us different?

We are NOT a discount store. We are NOT a thrift shore. We ARE a Designer Store that is AFFORDABLE. Elegance does not have to be expensive!!

From proms to weddings Marion County and North Central FL has little to offer in formal wear that is affordable but elegant. The Event Warehouse Co. offers a selection of formal gowns for purchase. We carry dress sizes 0 - 30 in-stock. Off-the-rack and special order gowns are available. We sell only new gowns and do not offer consignment or buybacks.

We offer layaway with 25% down on in-stock gowns. Payments must be made every 30 days. Gowns over $500 can have up to 6 payments, under $500 can be up to 4 payments. Special order gowns require a 50% deposit. There are no refunds, returns or exchanges on any formal wear.

Party/Banquet & décor rental items are also unique. Beyond tables and chairs, we offer antique furnishings, church pews, arches/arbors, wine/whiskey barrels, chandeliers / lighting, linens, centerpieces, themed décor, Victorian furniture, unique and one-of-a-kind and custom-made items. All types of themes are available - glamour, shabby chic, country, contemporary, collegiate, graduation, birthday items, etc. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve items. The balance is due approximately 10 days prior to the event.

Who We Work With

EVERYONE! We work with event planners, venues, brides, moms/dads, clubs, all organizations - anyone who needs our products or services. We coordinate and work with other vendors.

 

 

 

Where Are We?

5361 E. Silver Springs Blvd. Silver Springs, FL - Between the Walmart and Wild Waters, directly across the street from the Holiday Inn Express. Please park behind the building and use our rear entrance.

 

Rental Period

Our rental period is typically Thurs. thru Mon. for a Sat. event, based upon availability of items. We strive to allow you to pick-up items 2 days prior to your event and return the next business day.

Each item rented must be returned as it was received. Linens & dinnerware do not have to be washed but must be returned free of any food, confetti, liquid, etc. To reserve an item for your date a 50% deposit is required. If you delete reserved items from your contract, you lose the deposit. It is suggested that you reserve what you know is needed and add more if necessary.

Delivery & Setup

We can deliver for a fee. We can also do full setup and clean-up of events. Speak with us regarding your needs, our availability, and pricing.
